Comments about 10 in. 15 Amp Site-Pro Compact Jobsite Table Saw with Rolling Stand:

I would have liked a real cabinet saw but don't have the room in my shop. This saw has a lot of nice features, it sets up fast and is solid, stores without taking up much room. The miter gauge is junk, but would work in a pinch. I'm very happy with the saw and with CPO Outlets.

Easy fast setup, good fence, nice features, great saw!
I think the only thing dewalt could improve on is an electric brake when the saw is turned off

Comments about 10 in. 15 Amp Site-Pro Compact Jobsite Table Saw with Rolling Stand:

Great saw, well made, easy to use. Very good safety features, blade guard and power cut off switch are good. The adjustable rip fence is well made. I had to make some very minor tweaks to calibrate the blade angle indicator in relation to the blade angle measurements to make sure the blade was at a true 90 degrees in relation to the table, very easy adjustment. Also had to make very minor adjustment to the rip fence tape measure to get the exact distance between the edge of the blade and the rip fence. Saw was pretty easy to assemble, take your time and read the directions. Very good, user friendly, very stable saw. I use this in my workshop on my farm, lots of home and farm projects.

I got the 7480 first took it back because it wouldn't do datto the shaft isn't long enough so I took it back to lows and ordered the 7491 shipping was lightening fast if you looking just spend the extra and get the 7491 the 7480 is a good saw but it's more like a toy all it can do is saw and it does it well it was good if your just ripping and cutting boards and doing some general stuff and it could fit in a big closet the 7491 is a precession saw if you set the fence up perfect and get rid of the miter the one on it could never cut straight without putting tape around the slide or something it fits very loose in the miter slot I put a incra on mine already the stand is very stable the blade is ok for general use but if you want this saw to perform put a woodworker 2 on it it compares to a Cabinet saw if set up right and the rolling cart is so easy to move the saw a little girl could roll it with ease a little heavy but the extra weight is good for stability a daddo plate would be nice but I rate this saw high when I buy for myself I always do my homework and chose the best I can get so far this saw meets my expectations cept for the miter gauge ........the miter guage is the only reason I gave it a four instead of a five

. The two saws are identical except that the GD saw has an added safety feature called Guard Detect. If using the Guard Detect saw without the blade guard installed, you need to hit an additional over ride switch to get the saw to power on and an LED light will flash to warn you that the guard is not installed. It is newer than the RS model but does not replace it since many of the contractors that use these DeWalt saws choose to not use the blade guard and for them the guard detect feature is an inconvenience.

                New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
                • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
                • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
                • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
