Great saw the only improvement would be to enlarge the whole in the base to acommidate a 1/2" scroll sander belt. The 1/4" belts work, just a little tight.

I use this product to cut out letters,make berry baskets and intricate designs. It is very easy to use and has little vibration. Has a good blower.
Also got a deal on mine that included the light and stand. All set up easy and I am totally satisfied. Would recommend to a friend.

I got this just in time to enhance the christmas decorations. It works great, all the controls are up front, low vibration, and quiet operation add to the hours of enjoyment using this tool. Only drawback is the upper arm. It is designed to lift up but it will not stay up without assistance. There are some after market rigs that solve this problem.

This scrollsaw is the equal and in some respects even better than many top of the line saws costing many times more money. It has a strong motor, outstanding design, EZ blade changes, excellent table, and superior drive system.
My GF started to scroll and within a couple of hours was turning out complex Christmas ornaments with many interior cuts and complex curves. The work looked professional almost right out of the blocks. Combine some good high quality blades with this saw and you have a winning combination that is EZ on the budget.

Intarsia work is very exacting. Compared to other scroll saws this give me the best results time after time.I find blade chages easy and the variable speed helps with fine small pieces

I use the saw to cut puzzles and basswood blanks for carving. My 9 year old grandson drew a pirate on a piece of pine, cut it out, then split it into two pieces. He has logged more time on the saw than I have in the two weeks I've had it, and he loves it.
