Comments about 20 in. Variable Speed Scroll Saw:

The air hose does not fit the bellows pump housing. I broke 1st hose trying to assemble.
Taylor Tool got me a replacement very quickly.
I made an adaptor that fit the 2 units to gather, and super glued it on, now have air blowing chips away.
Other than this stupid error, am very happy with the Unit, have kudos for Taylor Tool for their
      prompt attention to the problem.

Comments about 20 in. Variable Speed Scroll Saw:

I have wanted one of these for years now and was finally able to make the leap and upgrade to it.
I bought a refurbished unit, which I do a lot from CPO. It runs just fine and everything seems to be A-OK.
Was just a tad disappointed to see large chips in the paint and a poorly done touch up job one the biggest chip (size of my thumbprint) BUT that's the chance you take when you buy refurbs. You save a pile of cash, but you may have some ugly to work out. I got the paint code from DeWalt (PMS 123)and should be able to have it all spiffy in no time.
Can't wait to get my shop set back up again and really have some fun with this little gem.

Comments about 20 in. Variable Speed Scroll Saw:

It's NOT CPO's fault. I had to send the saw back to the factory because the blade wouldn't tension properly.
CPO's customer service and shipping are the bee's knees, cats meow and any other superlative phrase you can think of!!

I attend many craft shows and must have a good supply of items for sale. This saw allows me to insert the blade from either the top or bottom and that saves time and that means more money. YEAH!

Comments about 20 in. Variable Speed Scroll Saw:

This is a great tool. The only thing I don't like about the DEWALT scroll saw is the hold-down device. It is difficult to adjust and inadequate for use on small parts. I do most of my cutting without it. Surely DEWALT can come up with something better. I intend to make my own hold-down device to use on the saw. Most scroll saws on the market have very good hold-down devices. The DEWALT saw is the best available in the price range. They just need to improve this one feature. Overall, it is a great tool. I highly recommend it over any other scroll saw at or below its price range. You won't go wrong with this saw.
