Great Cordless Saw
This is a pretty well balanced, good looking saw. I like the left hand mounted blade. You can see the cutting line. I use it to cut just about anything from 3/4 plywood to 2x4's. It's got decent power and gets the job done. I bought this to complement my DeWalt cordless jigsaw, drill and impact driver. The only thing I would change on it is the plastic retracting blade guard. I would make it out of aluminum like Millwalkee does.

This is an excellent saw. I was surprised and happy at the large number of cuts I was able to get from one charge. Very smooth operation and powerful cutting action. I was cutting 2x4s most of the day before I had to switch batteries.

Useful tool
I had a repair to make and a cord and regular saw was going to be more complicated to drag in place than what I had to fix. I had to cut and modify on the spot in a confined space. I borrowed a friends 18v Black & Decker saw. I put everything I needed in a tote and was done in short order. All of my cordless tools are Dewalt. All are 18v. I don't see any use in changing to another brand or size because of the battery issues. I'm going on vacation soon to work on my hunting cabin. I'm not struggeling with a generatior this time. Only the Dewalt cordless tools and a 375 watt DC/AC converter to run the battery charger. I don't know why I waited so long to get one of these.

Great Tool for remote work.
I was using this to build a garage at our deer camp and it was great for siding and sheeting and occasionally on 2" boards. It did the job well.

Love my saw
Great little saw to use around the house. I don't like using power saws as they are so big and bulky. As a woman, it makes it a lot easier having a smaller saw that still has power to do what I need.
