Great saw
Received the saw today and didn't take too long to assemble it. Ran it through its paces and was impressed with it. Very little vibration but think that will go away after screwing it to the floor. CPO Outlets has real fast shipping and is a great company to order from. This is my third tool from them and no complants at all.

Delightful Delta Machine
This machine is a delight to use. The ease of assembly and the sturdy stand adds to the smooth operation of this saw. There is little to no vibration while cutting which also makes it's a comfort when handling your material that is being cut. You just guide your material and the saw does the work.
It makes it an ease in making intricate designs that take a steady hand and a stable machine.
I just wish we had a local dealer for Delta products.

Delta Scrollsaw
This is the second Delta Scrollsaw I owned. The last one was a 16", which someone decided to steal from our workshop. Couldn't find this size anywhere, so went with the 20" Excellent product, I use it almost every day. I will shop CPO again, the price was right, the associate who assisted me on the phone was very knowledgeable, and I had my saw in two days!

Great product
I can't find anything wrong with the unit
It was easy to set up
Unit is not even bolted to the floor yet
And there is no vibration what so ever, very smooth cutting
Providing you use the guard/hold down properly
I even used it to do coping on small moldings

Poor blade clamp alignment.
I was very excited when my Delta scroll saw came. I put it together and the engineering was perfect until I tried to install the blade. The upper blade clamp was off by a quarter of an inch. Not only did the upper blade clamp not align with the lower one, the blade rubbed against the opening. After three calls to Delta, I was told to return the saw to the distributor.

It's more than what you think it is.
This machine is too quite and there is no vibration at all. Cuts so clean you almost don't need to sand anymore.

Good tool for the job
Was easy to assemble, The table degree pointer was off so had to align the table with a square. Not a problem. The arm lock is a great feature for fret work.

dont bother to buy this product, It isnt what is advertized
UPS ruined the 1st saw I ordered!! CPO made swap for one that was not damaged in shipment.. These saws are advertised to be smooth running with very little vibration. The saws both vibrate badly depending on speed. Saw would be OK for the occasional user but if you are going to use very much you might do research for better. Delta sales same design and also has same problem. These saws were excellent saws, before moving production to asia!! I am very disappointed and wish there was alternatives for the $$. So far I am disappointed with Delta as they have offered NO solution to this problem!! I cannot recommend product, Its a cheep look alike saw that had very high marks at one time.

This is delta?
I purchased this saw, set it up and it worked great...for a 1/2 hour and then the on/off switch broke. I took the saw to the factory authorized repair center and waited 2 1/2 weeks and still no new switch. I called Delta and they they said some people have been waiting for months for parts and I would have to wait my turn (for a simple on/off switch????)
I sent the saw back for an exchange and when the new one arrived it would not work straight out of the box, the same switch as the last one was bad .
I have had a Delta band saw in my shop for 20 years with never a problem and plan to replace my contractor table saw next year and Delta was at the top of the list but not now , due to the lack of quality and nonexistent costumer service there will never be any Delta products in my shop again.
My advice to you is stay away, far away
