Q:This laser was given to my husband as a gift and is not working properly. How can I fix this problem of it not leveling and just makes a noise while it turns. The carrying case broke the first day also.
A:First did you have the smarts to read the directions and follow them completely??? ONe of the first things it says is to check calibration before use and frequently or before each use ????? Try that first.
A:You will need to contact CST directly at 877-267-2499 for technical assistance
Q:What does ;laser class' mean?
A:Lasers have been classified by wavelength and maximum output power into four classes and a few subclasses since the early 1970s. The classifications categorize lasers according to their ability to produce damage in exposed people, from class 1 (no hazard during normal use) to class 4 (severe hazard for eyes and skin).
