Freight Orders

Freight deliveries require a delivery time be scheduled and someone must be present at the time of delivery to inspect and sign for the merchandise. A representative from the freight carrier will call the phone number entered at checkout to schedule the delivery.

Liftgate Service

For freight deliveries, you have the option of adding a liftgate to your delivery. A liftgate is the device that lowers a product from the truck to ground level.

CPO recommends adding liftgate service for freight deliveries exceeding 100 lbs if you do not have a loading dock or fork lift at the delivery address. Additional charges may apply. The liftgate option will be presented during the checkout process.

Please note that liftgate service only ensures the product is removed from the truck. We recommend you have the additional help of two to four people to move the product to its desired location because drivers are not required to assist.

Requesting liftgate service after ordering may result in additional charges and delays.

Comments about 3.2 HP 60 Gallon Oil-Lube Stationary Vertical Air Compressor:

    This unit probably replaces my 1998 unit which is a VT619503AJ built in 1/97. A 220V 60 gal/6hp rated @ 10.2scfm.
At 15 yrs, I'm just replacing the pressure switch as the contacts are starting to stick too often.
It runs my spray gun, 1/2 impact wrench, my random orbit sander or air chisel and cut off wheel tool whenever I ask it too. I added a ball valve for the drain which I drain regularly, especially in the hot humid summer months. I also put the legs on green, 3/4 thick industrial cushion blocks so compressor noise & vibration is isolated from the floor. This really made a difference in noise & vibration containment. Its only running a couple hours a day, but for half the price of what they now retail for, I can't beat it. With a cast iron air pump, you can bet that I'd buy another if this one ever goes south on me.

Comments about 3.2 HP 60 Gallon Oil-Lube Stationary Vertical Air Compressor:

In the year that I bought this, I've upgraded a few things that I feel makes this a much more usable machine. Firstly, I replaced the stock air cleaner with 1/2" pipe leading to a 3/4" coupler and 3/4" Solberg filter, which gave me some efficiency gain and made it a bit quieter. Recently, I converted the outlet to 3ft coil of 1/2" ID copper with forged 5/8" flare fitting and 1/2" check valve. After these modifications, and with the compressor set to come on at 94 psi, it fills to 144 psi in 121 seconds. I may be off a bit on my math, but I think that works out to 11 cfm in the tank. Future modifications would be additional aftercooling, as the air comming out of the head is nearly 320F - this is not a fault of the compressor, but a reality of physics, friction heating of compressed air. Definately a quality unit I expect to last many years. Keeps up with all my tools, which range from brad nailer to 1/2" impact.

I have had this unit for over a year now. I installed a hour meter for proper maintenance intervals. I couldnt be happier with this unit. for the price it cant be beat. i also run mobil 1 oil and installed a six inch high speed fan to cool the compressor head. this allows me to run the unit for continuous duty, without any issues. i believe i have over 500 hrs on it so far. It sruns just as smooth as it did since new.
