WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY: Defects in material and workmanship which occur within the duration of the warranty period. Warrantor will also cover normal wear items for a period of thirty days from the date of original purchase against defects in material and workmanship. These wear items are: HVLP-filters, motor brushes, gun packing, gun canister seal, gun check valve and gun air flow ring; Airless-inlet valve, outlet valve, gun valve, filters, tips, all seals and o-rings on all non-compressor driven paint application systems, HVLP spraying systems, and paint application accessories supplied or manufactured by the Warrantor.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:

• Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AS STATED IN THE DURATION. If standard duty product is used for commercial or industrial purposes, the warranty will apply for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. If product is used for rental purposes, the warranty will apply for ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. Some states do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
• ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE , OR EXPENSE THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY DEFECT, FAILURE, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE CAMPBELL HAUSFELD PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
• Any failure that results from an accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied with product. Accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions shall also include the removal or alteration of any safety devices. If such safety devices are removed or altered, this warranty is void.
• Normal adjustments which are explained in the owner’s manual(s) provided with the product.
• Items or services that are normally required to maintain the product: HVLP-filters, motor brushes, gun packing, gun canister seal, gun check valve and gun air flow ring; Airless-inlet valve, outlet valve, gun valve, filters, tips, all seals and o-rings., or any other expendable part not specifically listed, will only be covered for thirty days from date of original purchase.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:

• Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AS STATED IN THE DURATION. If this pressure washer is used for commercial, industrial or rental purposes, the warranty will apply for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Some States do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

• Gasoline engine and components are expressly excluded from coverage under this limited warranty. Such components should be returned by the purchaser to the original manufacturer or to its authorized repair stations for service.

Additional items not covered under the warranty:

• Normal wear items such as high pressure hoses, water and oil seals, o-rings, valves, lances and spray tips.
• Motor brushes (Electric models only).
• Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with functionality.
• Rusted components.
• Pump wear or valve damage caused by using improper oil, oil contamination or by failure to follow proper oil maintenance guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF WARRANTOR UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, pressure washer or component which is defective, has malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period.

NEW Welding Equipment: The manufacturer warrants that it will repair, at no charge for parts or labor, the Welder, Welding Gun, or Cables, proven defective in material or workmanship, during the following time period(s) after date of original retail purchase:

• For 5 Years: The Welder Transformer and Rectifier
• For 3 Years: The Entire Welder (excluding clamps, welding gun, electrode holder, cables, or accessories packed with welder)

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:

• Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY. After this period, all risks of loss, from whatever reason, shall be on the purchaser. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so above limitations may not apply to you.
• ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY DEFECT FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE CAMPBELL HAUSFELD PRODUCT. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so above limitations may not apply to you.
• This warranty does not apply to any accessory items included with the product which are subject to wear from usage; the repair or replacement of these items shall be at the expense of the owner. These MIG items include but are not limited to; Contact Tips, Nozzles, Gun Liners, Drive Rollers, Felt Wire Cleaner. In addition, this warranty does not extend to any damage caused by the untimely replacement or maintenance of any of the previously listed CONSUMABLE parts.
• Any failure that results from accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied with the product.
• Pre-delivery service, i.e. assembly and adjustment.

Responsibilities of Warrantor under this warranty: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, products or components which have failed within duration of the warranty period.

Four cylinder single-stage and two-stage compressors are not limited to a ninety (90) day warranty when used in commercial or industrial applications. All Compressors:

• Any component damaged in shipment or any failure caused by installing or operating unit under conditions not in accordance with installation and operation guidelines or damaged by contact with tools or surroundings.
• Pump or valve failure caused by rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants.
• Cosmetic defects that do not interfere with compressor functionality.
• Rusted tanks, including but not limited to rust due to improper drainage or corrosive environments.
• Electric motors, check valves and pressure switches after the first year of ownership.
• Drain cocks.
• Damage due to incorrect voltage or improper wiring.
• Other items not listed but considered general wear parts.
• Pressure switches, air governors and safety valves modified from factory settings.

Lubricated Compressors

• Pump wear or valve damage caused by using oil not specified.
• Pump wear or valve damage caused by any oil contamination or by failure to follow proper oil maintenance guidelines.

Belt Drive / Direct Drive / Gas Driven Compressors

• Belts.
• Ring wear or valve damage from inadequate filter maintenance.
• Manually adjusted load/unload and throttle control devices.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF WARRANTOR UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, compressor or component which is defective, has malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY:

• Implied warranties, including those of merchantability and FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE AS STATED IN THE DURATION. If this product is used for commercial, industrial or rental purposes, the warranty will apply for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Some States do not allow limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
• ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, DAMAGE, OR EXPENSE THAT MAY RESULT FROM ANY DEFECT, FAILURE, OR MALFUNCTION OF THE CAMPBELL HAUSFELD PRODUCT. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
• Any failure that results from an accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions provided in the owner’s manual(s) supplied with product. Accident, purchaser’s abuse, neglect or failure to operate products in accordance with instructions shall also include the removal or alteration of any safety devices. If such safety devices are removed or altered, this warranty is void.
• Normal adjustments which are explained in the owner’s manual(s) provided with the product.
• Items or service that are normally required to maintain the product, i.e. o-rings, springs, bumpers, debris shields, driver blades, fuses, batteries, gaskets, packings or seals, fluid nozzles, needles, sandblast nozzles, lubricants, material hoses, filter elements, motor vanes, abrasives, blades, cut-off wheels, chisels, chisel retainers, cutters, collets, chucks, rivet jaws, screw driver bits, sanding pads, back-up pads, impact mechanism, or any other expendable part not specifically listed. These items will only be covered for ninety (90) days from date of original purchase. Underlined items are warranted for defects in material and workmanship only.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF WARRANTOR UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replace, at Warrantor’s option, products or components which are defective, have malfunctioned and/or failed to conform within duration of the warranty period.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF PURCHASER UNDER THIS WARRANTY:

• Provide dated proof of purchase and maintenance records.
• Deliver or ship the Campbell Hausfeld product or component to the nearest Campbell Hausfeld Authorized Service Center. Freight costs, if any, must be borne by the purchaser.
• Use reasonable care in the operation and maintenance of the products as described in the owner’s manual(s).

WHEN WARRANTOR WILL PERFORM REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT UNDER THIS WARRANTY: Repair or replacement will be scheduled and serviced according to the normal work flow at the servicing location, and depending on the availability of replacement parts. This Limited Warranty applies in the United States, Canada and Mexico only and gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country.
