    The picture shows an electric starter & includes it in the description. Not true. The engine model # would require three main components not included. A heavy duty flywheel, an alternator and a starter. It is only sent as a "Pull start". Even though, I purchased and it took about 1/2 hour to swap my snow blower engine. It is a good value for the cost. Just know it is a "CPO" but it is from Briggs.
