Helps me to keep working at 62 years
At 62 it makes my work load easier, and takes the strain off of swinging a hammer, no sore sholders or wrist. Doing decks is a lot easier and faster, I'm extremely pleased with this product, first time user. Didn't think I could afford this product with the amount of use I had, I waited to long to purchase "Old dog, new tricks"

Reconditioned is as good as new
This gun loads and unloads easily for switching nails as you go. Its fantastic for large jobs and speeds them up immensely. The reconditioned tool I received had a new paint job over the whole unit, you could see where it had been scratched. But since I use it heavily, cosmetics don't make a huge difference. The tool was restored to better than new condition otherwise and you can't beat the price.

    Bostitch makes great nailers
Tool works fine however, it is obvious that the tool has had a lot of use and arrived very dirty. The tool was repainted with water based paint on top of the original manufactures paint and is peeling off right out of the box. It actually looks worse than the photo shows. Notice the black paint on the Bostitch name (you never paint latex over oil or powder coat), apparently rubbed off by the paper used for loosly packing the tool.

This is the second time I have received obviously well used merchandise from CPO pawned off as factory refurbished, a term that tyically means open box, or new item returned not working; NOT USED, REBUILT, PAINTED TO RESEMBLE NEW.

Best nail gun I've ever used
Bought F28WW reconditioned, best thing I ever did.Uses both clipped head and full round nails, wire collated. I'm 68 and cannot pound hundreds 0f 3 1/2" gal nails without eating a full bottle of Advil the day after and asking for a Priest. This is a piece of cake. I'm just sorry I didn't get this "big kahuna" 10 years ago, I might still be able to raise my arms above my shoulders. I own 4 Bostitch nail guns and every one of them works flawlessly, I have YET to experience a jam.

    Outstanding
I used it non stop this last weekend. Worked like a champ! 120 year old house had pine that was super hard. 3.5" nails went in with no problem.

Well made and easy to use.
I bought this as a reconditioned tool and it arrived without factory packaging, but otherwise brand new in appearance. I've been using it in a basement renovation project and have framed two large rooms with it without a problem. The speed with which I can assemble a stud wall with it makes it worth the investment. And so far the gun has performed perfectly. A word of caution, however: I'm powering this the Bostitch pancake compressor, and although it works, the compressor runs far more than its recommended duty cycle. You'll want a compressor with plenty of capacity.

    Great Buy!
I used my recondition bostitch nailer to covert my attic space to a bonus room. All the trusses had to be cut and reconfigured to make it a open space. There is no way I could have done this project without the use of my nailer gun. If and when I need any more new tools in the future, you can be sure I will be checking out your site first. You also saved me around $50.00 on the purchase. Sincerely Yours, A happy customer

    like new nailer
I did alot of investigating before i bought this product and as with buying any reconditioned product i was a bit worrid about the preformance. When i recievedthe gun i was pleasently surprised it not only looked brand new but worked like a charm. As a home owner with countless previous projects already done I'm only sorry I didn't make this purchase sooner. No more swinging a 20oz hammer for me.

    New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
    • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
    • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
    • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
