I bought the rear and side support and both work well and do not compromise the portability of the unit.

        Comments about Rear Outfeed Support:

Most people are concerned about width, like ripping 4'x8' panels. I do more ripping of 6' to 8' stock, so outfeed is my issue. Also I have a small shop so I can't put a big table behind my table saw. This is a good compromise.

            Comments about Rear Outfeed Support:

This is a really useful accessory. It eliminates the need for a separate outfeed support unless you are doing something very long and heavy.

              Comments about Rear Outfeed Support:

I have limited space in my shop and I can quickley pull out the support when I need it and push it back out of the way when I am through. Good design.

                Comments about Rear Outfeed Support:

Exemplary design. Moves freely when unlocked. Full extension, Cutting, floppy .093 sheet plastic(3'x5'), finished edge was guided up and over the outfeed bar with no effort. Access to the locking screw is difficult, but in a safe location. I might move it 45 degrees.
