Amazing!
This saw is amazing! 0", and I say 0", of rip sway across 24" tile. If there was any sway, it was under a 64th. Theres really too many good things to say about this saw. I do have to mention a few design flaws that can't be seen from the pictures.

First I would like to mention that I work for a tile company. I however bought this saw specifically for my own personal use, and to cut mainly glass. That being said here are the flaws.

1.) This thing is HUGE. We're talking bigger than the Dewalt. And almost twice the size of my old Target. Almost the same weight as the Dewalt though.
2.) The handle on top of the saw is plastic. Not cheap plastic, and it is attached to the aluminum body by two stainless bolts. But anybody who has moved a saw up stairs knows not to trust plastic handles.
3.) The sliding table has horizontal tracks. Right now you're probably thinking that that doesn't sound like a bad thing. And you're right. It has next to no rip sway, as I mentioned earlier, and it moves like butter. The problem lies in the rear brake. I want to kill whoever designed this. The brake not only has to be removed from the tray, but also requires an allen wrench, and then you can remove the table. Seriously?! A trigger lock system would have been perfect, or even just a hand raised/lowered bolt.
4.) Finally the last problem. The drain plug for the water tray lies under the rails. (*Note* the water tray actually slides out from the body. Nice job Bosch.) However this feature is made almost useless because the water pump sits in a raised housing and has suction cups. Is there a enough cord on the water pump to pull out the tray and access the plug? Yes. Can you pull the tray completely away from the body to clean without performing the seductive dance of the cord? No.

Those are the only problems I've encountered so far and I've put some miles on this thing already. I would absolutely have this thing with me on a big commercial job, or even a large home remodel. Unless you've got two guys though to move it around, it's a good bit of work for one person. But like I said, it's hands down the best saw I've ever run. Period. I have no desire to ever return it. And knowing its a Bosch gives me peace of mind that I will be taken care of in the event that something goes wrong.

P.S. If any companies should read this review, please, for the love of god, would somebody make a saw where you can hang a 5 gallon bucket to not only collect water from the drain, but to also have the water pump sit in its own removed "tank". Can't believe nobodies made that yet.

TC-10
My TC-10 is two weeks old and has only been used on one full bath remodel so it's too early to give a proper review.
I had a MK which lasted 17 years, then replaced it with a Ridgid which went to the dump after 4 years. I did a fair amount of research before narrowing it down between the Lackmond and the Bosch which are basically identical except the Lackmond has laser and additional horse power that I don't care about. I've used Bosch tools for 35 years and I'm a fan of most of their tools so I bought the TC-10. What I can say so far is the saw seems well built, I did have to adjust the rails to square the table out of the box but no big deal. I also didn't bother trying the blade that came with it instead put on a new HotDog blade. My opinion after one job is the TC-10 has plenty of power and gave me fast effortless chip free cuts on 12 x 12 porcelain. I like everything about the saw except the weight, this saw is heavy, especially combined with the GTA10W stand! A rolling stand is a must for saws of this size and weight. The design of the Ridgid stand was the only thing I liked about that saw. I was hoping the Bosch stand would be just as nice but it's a totally different setup. The biggest problem I have with the Bosch stand is the wheel design, you can't cart it up and down stairs on just the wheels because of the angle of the wheel supports. The frame scraps down the steps until the wheels touch the next tread, bad design! So I fixed that by reversing the wheel support and cutting off part of the "wings" that hold the wheel locks. True you do loose the locks and it does make the frame almost 2" lower on those legs so I place a 2 x 4 under the front legs, no big deal. I don't know why Bosch engineers didn't catch that, it would have been an easy fix for them before going into production. One other thing I want to mention is the water tray, it would have been nice if there was a fitting for drain hose connection to channel the waste water into a bucket. The only way to do this now is to pull the tray out a few inches and have a bucket next to the stand under the drain hole. Hopefully my next review down the road will be how much I love this TC-10, something tells me I will.

Shameful shipping handling
Carrier damaged box by mishandling, resulting in missing parts, manual, registration cards, saw blade. Dropped at my door without signature unprotected during rain/snow storm.

BEST ANSWER: These are new products

New Vs. Reconditioned

What's the difference between New and Factory-Reconditioned?

Factory-Reconditioned products have been returned to the manufacturer and are restored to like-new operating condition; they go through a rigorous testing and inspection process. Plus, they offer a significant savings vs. new.
  • Reconditioned products may have minor cosmetic blemishes or scratches that do not affect item performance.
  • Reconditioned products may not come with all of the consumables the new version comes with (bits, sanding pads/papers, cases, etc.).
  • Both come with a manufacturer warranty and are covered by our Money Back Guarantee; New is 30 days, Reconditioned is 60 days.
