Comments about 265-ft Lithium-Ion Laser Distance Meter:

I've only had this for a week, but it appears to be everything I expected. The device is very configurable and is fairly intuitive(important for me as I seldom read instructions). It seems well made (rugged)Easy to slip into a pocket or nail pouch if necessary. The laser is brite enough to see in a well lit room, haven't tried it outside as of yet. After a week I would recommend this device.

Comments about 265-ft Lithium-Ion Laser Distance Meter:

I do a lot of small projects, and it is always disturbing to go around furniture or having to move it, and takes more time; or even have someone to assist you; when using the measuring tape. Now I do most of the things myself and use my time where I really need it. It works great indoors, it can also be used outdoors but when the sun is really bright, you can't really see the laser, but there are some special glasses for that. All in all, it is a great working tool, that keeps productivity flowing, and makes life easier. This tool is easy to use and understand form a beginner to a pro. I personally love it, worth every cent.

                Q:

I'm also an appraiser. A laser measurer is good for condos (inside measurements), but I need a measurer for exterior measurements (perimeter of the single family homes). Will this work?

                Q:

I'm an appraiser. Will it work measuring exterior walls well enough for me to get rid of my 100 ft tape?

                  A:

Absolutely yes! If you have a clear point to shoot towards at the end of your wall you can easily use the Laser Distance Measuring tool. If you do not have a clear target to point at, you can still use it quickly and effectively using the indirect measuring mode.
