Bosch has hit a home run with drill, I should have purchesed this drill years ago and saved myself alot of time waiting for batteries to recharge.
The only thing I don't like so far is that the chuck does not tighten well. I have to really turn it tight to keep the bit from slipping.
Great drill, has plenty of power and batterys last a good while.
Love the Bosch Li-ion batteries for life and power. This unit is easy in the hand and more powerful than my other drills.

Q:What is the difference between a 1/2" BOSCH HDS181-01, 02, or 03? I have a HDS181 3601H67110 I bought from CPO and it must have a break in continuity in the trigger. The light comes on but will not run most of the time. Would send it back but I kicked a bucket of paint and it has a lot of paint on it. Would like to replace the gun only. I see you do have them with out the battery.
A:The difference is the HDS181-01 includes 2-18V Fat Pack HC Lithium-Ion 3.0 Ah Batteries with Fuel Gauge. Were as the HSA181-02 includes 2-18V Slim Pack HC Lithium-Ion 1.5 Ah Batteries with Fuel Gauge. Other than the batteries they are the both drill/driver.
Q:How much does the tool weigh with battery.
A:The tool weight with battery is 5 lbs
A:It weighs roughly 10 pounds with the battery.
