Comments about 10 in. Worksite Table Saw with Gravity-Rise Wheeled Stand:

I am an avid woodworker and furniture builder. I, as most woodworker's agonized over a brand of saw for almost two years. Almost went with a cabinet type saw costing approximately four times as much but was concerned about needing to rearrange my shop from time to time. The gravity rise stand is very slick and the settings were dead on right out of the box. I would suggest getting the side and outfeed extensions and with the Bosch $40 off deal, it just about pays for them. So far I am very pleased.

Comments about 10 in. Worksite Table Saw with Gravity-Rise Wheeled Stand:

saw used daily for cabinet work, very accurate, alittle heavy to unload without ramps but well worth the effort. I have owned many other brands and this saw is well worth the money, also it was a bonus to buy on presidents day 15% off.

Comments about 10 in. Worksite Table Saw with Gravity-Rise Wheeled Stand:

Out of the box no adjustments were necessary. The gravity rise stand is well thought out and very easy to use. Glad to see that they eliminated the air filled tires and replaced them with solid tires. I have added the left and rear outfeed supports which are very useful. The only negative I can see is the miter gauge is a little sloppy and it will be my only upgrade. It cuts very good and has good power running a 6" dado.

Comments about 10 in. Worksite Table Saw with Gravity-Rise Wheeled Stand:

The saw has a nice auto-power sensor that adds more power to the blade with the load increases. Very small adjustments were needed right out of the box.

          • 10 in. Worksite Table Saw with Gravity-Rise Wheeled Stand

            Q:

Our company owns one of these saws with wheeled stand. I've looked all over the net for a replacement saw for the same stand. It is not diffficult to find saw and stand together for about $600. The stand itself is available for around $200. Why isn't the saw available separately for around $400?

You are correct, the only difference is the DG model has a digital gauge readout while this one does not.

Yes, that is the only difference. The Bosch 4100DG-09 is equipped with the digital gauge readout.
