I've used it to drill about 2 dozen pilot holes for tapcon screws into concrete. I wish I would have had one of these when I was working. It makes the 18 volt yellow hammer drill look like a cracked egg. But then it is twice as big.
I like the fact it has 3 settings: drill only, hammer+drill or hammer only.

So far I've used this for everything but drilling.
While refinishing a basement I used it to remove ancient mortar squish-out from the top of the foundation. Doing this by hand would have taken hours. Using the Bosch it took about 15 minutes and didn't leave any gouges in the block wall foundation.
Using a tile chisel I've also scraped thinset remnants, tile bits, and other miscellaneous hardened junk from a concrete floor. Again, the job took minutes and didn't damage the underlying concrete substrate.
In use it transfers little of its vibration to the users hands. The trigger controls a wide range of hammering from slight pick-pick-pick to total masonry annihilation (though I don't believe those terms are used in the manual).
Although this is on the small end of Bosch's SDS line it's more than enough for residential class jobs. If you need to reduce bolders to gravel you'll want something larger.
Like every reconditioned tool I've purchased this was pristine out of the box.
