Purchased the reconditioned unit and it looked brand new, works perfectly. It even appears to have an area at the end of the unit where the blades don't quite extend to ensure you don't slice into your window screens or pool screen, which was nice although you get a wide cut. It cuts easily, even on heavier branches. Also, you get a new battery & charger to boot. It's so easy to maneuver without worrying about a cord to deal with. When ordered, received 3 days later.

Used to trim my shurbs. Trimmed 7 shrubs on one charge. Have only used this one time. So far I think they are great. Not sure I would cut 3/4" as specified they can.
