Great for our small yard. Not too heavy and no more cursing to get the gas antique to run! Only drawback is the cord, but that just takes a little getting used to. Overall it was a good purchase.

Refurb was a bargain but B&D didn't truly fix it. 1) Motor smells like coils are burning every time I start it . 2) (new) grass shield was put in shipping box bent, and will remain bent, and 3)lower handles were covered w/ protective paper before paint dried - so paper stuck. Poor QA, B&D.

I was hesitant about buying this because I kept hearing about the lack of power. I went ahead and bought it to try and am really pleased. The cord takes a little getting used to, but is worth it not having to deal with gas and oil.

My property is divided into a large side yard and a small front yard. Although the mower is only 18" wide it still handles the large area very nicely. My fiancé actually commented that, it gives him a nice work-out having to walk up and down the large area a few more times than with a wider cut machine and the low front end makes it easy to cut below bushes. All-in-all it's a great little mower.

Used on both sides of an Motor Home RV Lot in southern Texas. It's just the right size for this small job. It fits in my casita and I don't have to store gasoline.
You have to adjust to using electrical cords, but it's not a problem for me.
