Comments about Point-of-Use Electric Mini-Tank Water Heater:
I replaced my old, leaking propane water heater with a new Ariston electric point of use water heater. it was bigger than the original so I mounted it in a different location, which was quick and easy. We have only had it up and running for 2 weeks now, and we are very happy with it's performance

Q:Can this product be used for taking a shower?
A:I have used a similar water heater, that had a slightly smaller capacity. A shower can be accomplished, but you need to conserve water throughout the process, and really shut off the water while shampooing, and soaping and scrubbing up. Try to mainly use the water for the rinse part. You just can't think of relaxing with the hot water running, or the water gets used up, otherwise, a quick, very basic shower can be done.
A:This heater is not recommended for taking showers. The application is for use on two sinks.
A:The Point-of-Use Electric Mini-Tank Water Heater can be used to take a shower, it can hold up to 6 gallons of water.
This warranty applies to both new and factory-reconditioned Ariston (Point of Use) water heaters.
Note: A water heater should be installed in such a manner that if it should leak, the resulting flow of water will not cause damage to the area in which it is installed.
